Tools for Conscious Living

The impetus to arrange stones in specific geometric forms is ancient. Our ancestors made stone circles, medicine wheels, and giant monuments out of rocks for eons. These are the prototypes of the crystal grids we use in healing today.

Recently, during my daily meditation, the term “self-mastery” came to mind. I hadn’t placed much thought on self-mastery until that moment, and I thought a conversation with my inner voice might add some perspective on the subject.

As Earth ascends into infinitely higher spirals of crystalline light and consciousness and as new timelines become accessible to the ascending humans, a new paradigm emerges of the question of humans living forever in a human body.

Why not me? Why not you? Why not everyone else who is ready to live the fullest and most joyful life imaginable?

The new science of quantum physics has proven that all things, including us, are composed of trillions of swirling atoms. As humans, we have a hard time visualizing ourselves as energy in the form of light particles and light waves captured in a physical form.

Short-lived, that is how I see the world around me. Relationships are short-lived. Careers and passions are short-lived. Organizations are short-lived. Fashions, trends, and styles are short-lived.

What has our world become? Does it feel safe and nurturing to be alive? Does life surround us with a comforting, peaceful energy, where we can feel both relaxed and enlivened? No way!

Health and wellness is a challenge we all face every day. What makes it more difficult is the times in which we are living. We have more information at our fingertips now than at any other time in human history.
