It has been a long few months, has it not? For many of you, old thoughts and beliefs have been presented to you with fervent indulgence. "Why?" you might ask. Because you have asked for it, dear ones. [Laughs.] Now, I do not mean this to castigate anyone. That is far from the truth.
Hello to each of you. We are the Angelic Orders of Truth and light, the Angels of the Energy Fields. We are here to help all of you with your energy fields, for you are all fields of light, sound, and color in truth! Each of you are vibrant, living beings who are your own frequency.
We are those beings of light who come about you and assist you in your daily living and the challenges therein. Some of you refer to us as your guardian angels while others have specific names for the energies that flow around you, holding you in love.
As above, so below. These are important times, momentous in the course of histories both recorded and unrevealed. Increased awareness is vital. We often give words of hope and encouragement, thoughts to feed spiritual seekers and sustain them on what can be a most difficult path.
We first must reiterate to you whom and what we are. We are the totality of everything you see and don't see. We are, simply put, everything. We are the consciousness and the unconsciousness of you and all matter. We are the total body of it all.
Meditation has become part of the spiritual practice of most lightworkers. Usually, it involves setting aside a time and a place where you can quiet yourself and totally focus on the moment with your eyes closed and particular attention focused on the breath.
