Beloved one, I have called you by a name that you recognize from a long, long time ago. That name is Christ. You are the Christ — the living, walking, and breathing Christ Light. Now when one uses terminology like Christ, you might think: “Well, that has to be way above my level. That has to be something out of history, from so long ago that I have forgotten what it is.”

You are the Christ; otherwise, you would not be. It is as simple as that. You would not be in this milieu with others and their light. You see and believe in separation into individuality, but in truth, your light extends as far as you can imagine — and even further — and blends with those you perceive as others.

People expand when they see someone give unconditional love. When you meet one who loves unconditionally and is happy to see you, it feels as if the two of you have joined together. It dissolves the separation that is often between people. You become one, for a moment, with the person who stands in front of you. And quite often there is a desire to be heart to heart with a hug.
