I love meditating, sitting in the light, and communing with my guides, but when I complete my meditation, I don’t feel healed, more protected, or less sensitive, so the joy slips away, and I’m left back where I started. Am I missing something?

We all heal differently. Some of us undergo a long process in which we have to navigate paths to determine where we stumbled or diverged. Some of us have more spontaneous healing experiences in which all of a sudden we “get it,” and we make new and powerful choices.
