Essences of Nature: Just Right
Essences of Nature: Just Right Mary Ann Altamarino Antenucci
As children, we were measured against a growth chart. This chart showed how we compared to other children our age and how “normal” we were. Some of us fit into the normal range, and some of us didn’t. If we were below normal, we tried to stretch and grow. If we were above normal, we tried to shrink to fit in.
Many of us are playing out our versions of Goldilocks. We are either too big or too small, too hot or too cold, and we rarely feel “just right.” We spend a lot of life force and time working toward what is just right. How do we get that sense of rightness?
