Grandfather Shaman of Mesa Verde: Beloved children of the Creator, you have been through much tragedy, sickness, and death this past year. Many of you are still working hard to help bring those on the brink of death back to health. I am so proud of you and your efforts to serve in the ancient ways. You are getting the word out to save your sacred sisters and brothers.

The hot summer days are once again upon you. You naturally seek the quiet, cooling shelter of the trees near the stream; the shadows of the hills and mountains to feel the cool afternoon breezes blowing along the canyons and valleys; and the cool, comforting waters that can bring down the heat of the day.
