Essences of Nature: Bending Time
Essences of Nature: Bending Time Mary Ann Altamarino Antenucci
Many of us have said, “If only I knew then what I know now.” As we go back and forth along our timeline, we question, manifest, and manipulate what, how, where, and why we could have done things differently and how to prepare for our future. We are determined to make sense of our steps and missteps with the mission of learning from our circumstances. We may have tried to retroactively make things right or had the desire to create and maintain revisionist history. What do our future selves want us to know?
Aloe vera is the essence for burnout. We feel there is not enough hours in the day, and we want to make sure that all our time counts. We choose to work and play, capitalizing on extending our energy levels to maintain an artificial pace. This essence balances our drive and allows us to honor our ebbs and flows.
