The dichotomy in this situation is that there are those who want change and those who do not. With polarity, there are two sides that are opposites, which is a form of dichotomy. There is always a place in the middle of a polarity in which people can find balance. With a dichotomy, it is a little different. A dichotomy is when both sides of a polarity also have a smaller polarity within each side. In other words, one side of an issue or a group has polarity within it, and there is another group that wants something different and has polarity within it as well. The two groups now have something that is almost like a quantum polarity creation.
