From Tom: I will start off this month's column with a BP for all those affected in any way by the fires that burned in the Los Angeles area in January. In a recent meditation, I was told that fully 75 percent of those people whose homes burned will have to migrate out of California because there are not enough shelters for them to live in over such extended periods.
