Filter chemicals: Filter your tap water, especially from chlorine and fluoride, which are dangerous and toxic to us. Once your water is filtered, drink more of it. Our bodies are mostly water, and we need it to live. In the same light, eat as much organic produce as you can; the pesticide on produce is a leading cause of illness.
Eat alternate protein sources: Reduce or eliminate red meat and other meats from your diet. You can get complete protein from nuts, seeds, and leafy greens. Protein from these sources is much easier on your digestion. Simply ask people with acid reflux what happens when they eat red meat at night as compared to, say, a handful of seeds or kale.
