We inherently know that eclipses are powerful events, so when October 2023 features both a solar eclipse and a lunar eclipse, we understand that this is an important month. Looking back at my life, I can see key moments that were triggered by eclipses. An eclipse doesn’t need to be close to any of our planets to have an effect. In most cases, it’s enough to be aware of what sign and house an eclipse activates, and then expect some changes or developments in that corresponding area. If an eclipse occurs in our opposite sign, for example, we are likely to witness changes in our relationships. If it falls in the career area of our charts, career directions might change.
