I come because the populations of Earth have risen enough so that even the lowest denominator of thought and feeling reaches for the highest. Even the stubbornness of dense fear acts out to gain attention from the highest love. Divine parents care for their children, even the prodigals who eventually turn homeward.

This reaching by those who seem to be without or have too little conscience is a stationary pattern except for the true impetus: the inner design and resolution of the human soul. The soul, by design, is already one in its inner complexity; it is one in its individuality, in its perfection. So the outer personality stretches forth its fingers, as a seemingly finite mind can grasp the awareness of the One Mind.
