A November of Newness
A November of Newness Michelle Karén
The lunar eclipse on Friday, November 19 at 12:57am will be followed by a solar eclipse on Saturday, December 4 at 12°22' Sagittarius. The degree of the November lunar eclipse (27°14' Taurus) is represented in the Sabian symbols by “a mature woman reawakened to romance.” Misinformation misleads minds and creates more confusion, and tighter restrictions fuel rebellions and violence. A sense of solidarity brings together likespirited people from different religions, social statuses, and cultural origins. Passion sweeps through society with very black-and-white concepts. People might feel isolation, depression, and scarcity. This eclipse asks us to focus not on what we have lost but on the new hope sprouting from the rubble. Every day is a chance to recreate our reality based on our dreams and anchored in common sense.
Uranus is retrograde this month until January 17, 2022. Its shadow period remains until May 5, 2022. The Sabian symbols for the degrees covered in November (12°57'–11°48 Taurus) are “a porter carrying heavy baggage” and “a young couple walk down Main Street window-shopping.” This is a month to examine our lives very carefully, free ourselves from what no longer serves us, and dream into being the reality that we wish for.
