Cathy: Before reading Amma’s message, please follow the steps below to enter your heart source.

For those of you familiar with the heart source, simply say, “Heart source.” For everyone not familiar with it, focus on the front of your heart center in the center of your chest. While maintaining that awareness, move around to the back of your heart center, and go deep within. In the back of your heart center lies an amazing place, which is your sacred space. If you keep going deep within, you experience moving into a little entryway. Keep moving to an expansive space, which is your sacred space.

Focus on the center of your brow between your eyebrows. That’s the third eye, the sixth chakra. Go directly to the back of your head, and go deep within.
