Good morning, my beloveds. I know it’s been a trying time for you. Many of you are feeling the negative effects of what’s happening on the planet. It’s sometimes difficult to stay out of that energy and to keep yourself in alignment with your higher selves. I understand this. I lived on Earth during very trying times. As you know, it wasn’t an easy road for my family and me at that time. So I know that it’s not an easy road for you now. Take heart, and know that far more is happening that is positive and moving forward.

When I look at you, I see a great depth of spirit. I see people who are so beautiful, loving, sparkling, and colorful, yet they don’t really know they are. So even when you’re having what seems like a hard time, remember that you are so much more than you realize. I want to remind you of your light, magnificence, and beauty.

There are mothers, fathers, grandparents, sisters, and brothers who are listening to me and reading my words. Today I want to uplift your sense of self to remind you who you really are. Even though mass consciousness is somewhat heavy on a global scale, you’re doing more than you realize just by being your beautiful selves — being centered, staying in your hearts, and contributing light, peace, and love to the whole.
