Continued high streams of galactic radiation make an excellent year for transitioning into greater mental clarity and DNA potentials in 2014. These go hand-in-hand with magnetic north's movement toward Siberia. Signs of change in the planet's magnetic field that started 300 years ago coincided with expansion of the South Atlantic anomaly comprised of high-frequency galactic radiations. In the same 300 years, the solar system began transitioning into the present Hindu age in 1699, according to Yogananda's teacher Sri Yukteswar. The Hindu sage related mental virtue and universal magnetism with the Sun's orbit around a center in his 1894 book, The Holy Science.

The sun revolves round a grand center called Vishnu Nabhi, which is the seat of the creative power, Brahma, the universal magnetism ... [that] regulates the mental virtue of the internal world ... [T]he sun, with its planets and their moons, takes some star for its dual and revolves round it in about 24,000 years of our Earth.... When the Sun in its revolution round its dual comes to the place nearest to this grand center ... the mental virtue, becomes so much developed that man can easily comprehend all, even the mysteries of Spirit.¹

Edgar Cayce named very few stars in more than 14,000 readings, but he explained that Arcturus is the center of the Sun's orbit and a stargate several times.² The 24,000-year orbit comprises eight subcycles, or yugas, which Sri Yukteswar calculated increments of 1/20th of a 360° circle. Four yugas cascade in a descending cycle for 12,000 years as the Sun orbits away from the center with declining levels of universal magnetism and radiation. Then the four yugas are repeated in an ascending cycle of 12,000 years as the Sun moves nearer to the grand center. He compared qualities of the yugas with metals. The age of gold is 4/20th of a 12,000-year subcycle. Silver is 3/20th, bronze is 2/20th and iron is 1/20th.
