Focus on Your Transformations
Focus on Your Transformations Dwhal Khul through Catherine Weser
Many of you are attempting to notice the difference between who you are right now and who you used to be. You are focusing on noticing changes in your perception of your reality, your perception of yourself, your perception of everyone around you. The difficulty with this focus is that whenever desire to see improvement in yourself comes up, it is oftentimes a focus on labeling one thing as not so good and another thing as better. This activates a whole lot of evaluation, and when you become fascinated with evaluating your experience, you actually lose a lot of your presence and a lot of the wholeness of your experience.
Feel Free in the Moment
Experience exists in the most profound freedom. You feel free when you're in the moment and in the experience. You are free of the past, you are free of future-izing, you are absolutely free to feel anything and everything without labeling, identifying, quantifying, or placing your experience in some linear progression.
What you're looking for is the understanding that you can completely let go of trying to make sure that what you're doing now is a better job than what you did before, even if you believe that what you're experiencing now is more joyful, light, and free than it ever was before — that very evaluation is lessening the deepening of being present with the experience. In other words, instead of being able to flow along being present, a thought comes up: "Am I doing better than I used to? Is this a lighter, better time than before?" Every time that question comes up for a moment and you spend any time whatsoever answering it, you limit the experience of the moment.
