The Accidental Medium
The Accidental Medium Lynda Flagler
At the age of thirty-seven, the last thing I ever thought of was becoming a psychic medium with the ability to communicate with the dead. I worked as a counselor at a shelter for abused women and children called Crossroads. I loved my job, as I felt I was making a real difference in people’s lives. One morning, as I drove home from my midnight shift, my car hit black ice and spun endlessly in circles. I knew I was moments away from a serious accident. I quickly said a prayer asking God for help: “God, if I’m going to die, please don’t let it be too painful.”
