“Work-life balance” is an interesting phrase. For me, my work is my life and soul’s purpose. Yet I must take time to play, watch a movie, and spend time tending to my garden. Sometimes I do absolutely nothing. The balance of having a life and experiencing relaxation is often intertwined with the work that I do, which is why I schedule time each week to relax and recharge.
