Meditation with Swan Inspired Guidance through Rachel Holmes
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Make sure nothing around you will distract your body or mind.
Take a few full breaths, and allow your body to deeply relax. Slowing your breath helps to soften your mind. Bring your awareness inward. Visualize the image of a swan in your mind’s eye. If you feel yourself forcing the image, come back to your breath and relax. Again invite the image to appear.
