The lower fourth dimension contains lower spirits who want to create problems on Earth, and dimensional fractures allow these spirits to enter the third dimension.

There are many possible causes of dimensional fractures, which we have to examine before we can discuss how to heal the fractures themselves. Dimensional fractures can be caused by human events, such as a nuclear explosion, or they can be caused by natural occurrences, such as an asteroid. These fractures can exist over an entire country, and we are concerned because this is currently the case on Earth. An example of the consequences of this is the current events in Ukraine. There are a lot of openings in the fractures, and a lot of dark, lower spirits are coming through, creating chaos in Ukraine.
