Therese: The vision I see is of a narrow, dusty road. The sun is hot, and the road feels long. Up ahead, I see an old-fashioned stone water well under the shade of a huge tree. Standing by the well is a beautiful woman surrounded in pale blue light. She beckons me closer and offers me a cool drink of water. As I drink, I feel transformed, rejuvenated, and filled with light, love, and truth. The woman smiles at me, and I am aware I am in the presence of beloved Mother Mary.

Mother Mary: Welcome! I am with you on your life path. I am available to offer you the sweet nectar of replenishment as you enter the year 2020. I understand that many of you are in need of rejuvenation, and you seek wisdom and peace. The suggestion I offer you this day is this: You will find the solace you seek by allowing your mind to be quiet and calm. I encourage you to find opportunities in your day to take a moment to deeply breathe the love and support that is there for you. Like a cool drink of water on a hot, dusty road, rejuvenation is available; you only need to allow it to flow into your awareness and be absorbed by the totality of your being.

Your breath connects to your eternal spirit. I encourage you to breathe deeply and call in the highest light, love, and truth. Allow it to be absorbed by your blood, bones, muscles, and deep into your cellular memory.
