Juliano: Earth is in a planetary crisis that can only be solved through spiritual upliftment and development. The intervention of needed spiritual energy is leading to what I call a “spontaneous evolutionary leap” (SEL). Such a leap might appear to come from nowhere because a whole new species with new attitudes and expanded consciousness will suddenly appear and begin to lead the planet out of crisis. What might seem spontaneous to the outside observer will actually be the result of many inputs toward planetary development placed into the planetary noosphere from such sources as starseeds, first-contact interventions, prophets, messiahs, and groups of spiritually minded people who focus on raising the evolutionary process.
