Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. Our theme today is arcan power, which we define as thought power. We Arcturians shape our lives, culture, and society with the help of arcan power. I compare it to electromagnetic energy, particularly electricity. For example, a 60-watt lightbulb emits more light than a 40-watt lightbulb. Similarly, a thought with ten units of arcan power generates more power than a thought with one arcan unit. Our belief is that even a small group of people with high arcan power can have a dramatic effect on reality.
