Serenity is a God-given right to all humans, and not just for moments but lifetimes. Serenity comes from the inner space or heart of you that is “at-one-ment” with me. Breathe deeply, gently close your eyes, and feel into the inner space of you that is actually the space of the great universe and All That Is. Breathe into this over and over. You see it is always there waiting for you to notice. It is your connection to your special, undiluted love space. Peace and harmony rest there, creating serenity throughout your body. If you place your hands in a prayer position connecting your right and left wrists, you can remain there. This inner space of unconditional self-love is always available if you believe.
