I am twenty-one years old and have had chronic pain in my back since high school. The past few years it’s spread to all my major joints. It’s not debilitating pain (most of the time), but it is really annoying and keeps me from doing some things.
I just finished my candida cleanse, but that only seemed to make things worse. I’m really at a loss because I don’t think a person my age should have this much discomfort in everyday life.
It could be my stress levels, my tension, or possible whiplash from childhood, but could it be something else that the doctors can’t diagnose? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
