This organization does not have that name, but it is a way of referencing the governing body in charge of the development of worlds that are in need of evolution. As you have learned from communications in the past, it has been necessary for this world to receive assistance in the evolutionary process. There have been communications from many beings who have been telling you that your world must evolve on several levels for it to maintain its connections with beings on evolved planes of existence.
