The intelligence of the heart has been scarcely expressed in our world. There have been a number of great models who have lived this intelligence for us on Earth. However, even with these amazing models paving pathways for the expression of this intelligence, few have found their way into their own hearts.

All intelligence is innate to us, including the intelligence of the heart. We need only the right inner machinery, wiring in our brain that expresses itself at the ripe time of that intelligence's development, and the proper environmental stimuli in order to access the range of intelligence available.

There are numerous barriers that interfere with our ability to access and express the intelligence of the heart. The focus in this article will be on the disconnection between our minds and hearts and the influence of this disconnection on our bodies and our lives.
