Tav Sparks

Tav Sparks is the director of Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT), the only training program that certifies people as practitioners of Holotropic Breathwork. Sparks worked alongside Stanislav Grof, MD, for many years, and eventually, along with his wife Cary Sparks, took over GTT from the Grofs. For over thirty years, Tav has conducted hundreds of trainings and workshops around the world, and he has supported thousands of people in their deep inner work. His latest book is The Power Within: Becoming, Being, and the Holotropic Paradigm (Muswell Hill Press).
