The Subtle Energy World

The Subtle Energy World Charles Shahar

There is a special kind of sensory experience that relates to vision and the inner eye. It allow us to see the world from a completely different perspective. This inner eye is also known as the ajna (or brow) chakra. It must be opened to appreciate what I am about to describe here.

As light bounces off an object, details such as size, shape, and color are discerned by the light-sensitive cells in the retina. The information is then relayed to the brain, which processes it. In addition to appreciating the physical representation, the mind ascribes attributes to the object, and we relate to it on the basis of our past experiences.
