Feeling stuck can be debilitating. We become confused by what we don’t understand about ourselves and are unable or afraid to see our best steps forward. Ultimately, we are being challenged by our ability to adapt and change.
When we take some time to explore, we create the opportunity to uncover the hidden guidance and wisdom inherent to this process, allowing us to find our flow again. “Stuck” shows up when we experience a big shift in life or as a reaction to a lot of little shifts we haven’t yet managed.
