Rev. Janis Abrams

Janis Abrams, MA, has been a Reiki Master teacher for thirty-three years and a public school elementary teacher for thirty years. She creates workshops for adults in mindful meditation, chakra balancing, and EFT for pain and trauma, and she has presented workshops at the Over 50 Fair in Huntington, New York. After overcoming a life-threatening illness, Janis became a proponent of natural remedies for balancing body, mind, and spirit, such as Bach Flower Essences, organic nutrition, and supplements. She studied at the Trinity College of Natural Health.
