You may think that you need to keep doing what you are, quote-unquote, “doing.” We say to you, relax. Stay in your heart. Keep your mind and heart open. This is not easy during these crazy times. But we ask you to find your peace.

We wish to remind you that Gandhi created a silent revolution, a silent opposition of authority, which ultimately led to India being freed from British colonial rule. No matter what is going on in your world, whether it is an overbearing person, such as a boss or family member, or an overbearing situation of another kind, we ask you to keep your peace.
